Accelerate Cape Town is professionally managed by an extremely experienced board that takes overall responsibility for the organisation. Its role is to exercise leadership and sound judgment in directing the organisation to achieve continued growth and to act in the best interests of members.
The board comprises 12 directors and in accordance with Accelerate Cape Town’s articles of association, 6 board members including the Chairman have been appointed by corporate sponsors and three by member companies. There are three independent board members on the board.
